Dear Future Franchisee,
The
services provided by Creative Websites Inc. could be your solution to becoming part of a franchise network with tested systems
designed to create long-term relationships and opportunities for franchisees and their customers. With our Website Development
Program/System you should get market penetration and, ultimately, this could be a great business opportunity. To achieve these
goals we will combine your sales skills with a franchisee support system, sales training, management and administration training
program that we believe is second to none.
One of the services that we offer
is a Website Development System. The system has a number of unique characteristics for franchisee customers including but
not limited to the following:
01. A system designed to create market penetration.
02. Customer retention component.
03. Referral generation.
04. Increased revenue potential.
05.
Word of mouth advertising.
06. TOMA (top of mind awareness) advertising component.
07. Cost effective price varies depending on customer website needs and features and benefits (quantifiable
results, we can track the effectiveness of our websites).
08. The price is all-inclusive
(except sales tax and a monthly management, hosting, domain name, etc. fee). Therefore, there are no hidden charges for the
end user. The product is produced by the Franchisee through/with our approved vendors/partners. The primary functions of the
Franchise are sales and customer service (followup).
There are many other features
and benefits that we will fully disclose upon execution and receipt of the Franchise Application (attached) and the Nondisclosure,
Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement.
When Creative Websites Inc.'s
customers use our programs, they are pleasantly surprised at the quantifiable results they generate. We believe that, due
to our unique features and benefits, the customer may find the marketing/sales edge to capture and retain customers in their
market.
This is a business opportunity with residual revenues built into the
product; thus, you can eliminate the concept of trading time for money. With this new approach we will introduce to you and
your team, we are confident that the program may generate revenue opportunities for your Franchise and for your customers.
Ken Draper is the CEO of Creative Websites Inc. He also was the founder and President of a national
company (UniShippers Association Inc.) that produced hundreds of millions in sales revenues. Ken retired in 1994 and has been
retired, off and on, for years. He noticed a large void for professionally produced websites and then started Creative Websites
Inc. The CWI system could generate long term opportunities, enthusiasm and energy in the market and workplace for our customers.
The secret lies in the product we offer. CWI's Website Development Program could/may generate additional revenues, and
we hope profits* for your company and customers.
Creative Websites Inc. and our
vendors/partners will assist you in developing the franchise from sales and management training, website design, administration
training through our Operations, Policy and Procedures Manual. Our goal is to achieve maximum customer participation and quantification.
We realize that, unlike traditional advertising to maintain customer loyalty, we must cost-justify our product by tracking
results.
As you consider the Franchise opportunity, challenge yourself to
think outside the box. The products and services offered by Creative Websites Inc. may have the characteristic of generating
perpetual revenue*, thus possibly eliminating the trading time for money concept (trap) we have all experienced.
